how can i get my rec specs to stop fogging up?
I am a 13 year old boy who plays hockey. I am a goalie. Every time i go on the ice my goggles fog up to where i cant see. Are there any sprays or actions that. Oh yeah, and I cant put in contacts because my eyes have something in them
There are sprays out there that swimmers use. I suggest trying one of them. Check at your nearest swim shop or here's a link to a place that carries several brands.
